Porsche Marin has a professional and friendly staff. They’re always willing to take a their time to talk to you even when you’re just passing by. My experience with Weis seems to have been very different from everyone else's - maybe I got him on the wrong day or this site is heavily edited. He showed little patience and desire to hear me out, let alon from everyone else's - maybe I got him on the wrong day or this site is heavily edited. He showed little patience and desire to hear me out, let alone take responsibility for or show sympathy for the screw ups of their sister facility in SF or for lack of responsiveness of Porsche Marin staff. Worse - he made it clear the dealership was doing me an incredible favor wrt to transportation/picking up the car etc. Probably not the message you want to hear when you pay $340 per hour of technicians work and you already experienced several issues. There was no call/discussion post diagnostic work up - just text message with a link to the documents and invoice. No transport offered. All in all, superbly disappointing and frankly aggravating interaction - very much in contrast to my prior experiences at Porsche Marin. I do not want to work with Weis again. Dealership gets 3 starts because despite my pretty negative review of the experience, nobody bothered to even contact me. More
