Together with my wife, we have been searching for more than six months for a single (not fleet) owner, low mileage 2020 Porsche Macan S. with additional package customization from previous owner. A tall order but a search on the Porsche website itself led us to Porsche Marin Mill Valley, part of the indiGO Auto Group dealer franchise. It was clear this was a premier Porsche dealership with a top selection of used Porsche Macan vehicles. One in particular grabbed my wife’s attention, the sports bucket seats in red, contrasting a black exterior. We live more than 100 miles from Marin and were immediately treated as serious customers by pre-owned Sales Manager Cemal Unal and ultimately through sales consultants Price Jessup and George Tenido, who was our main point of contact. Our dealings with each professional were exemplary to say the least. Total transparency in terms of the history of the vehicle would surely be prerequisite but until you come across a Porsche dealership you are not going to obtain this essential attribute of car buying. This was on offer immediately through phone, email and text. We had a clear sense we had found our perfect Porsche Macan S. A remote purchase can be extremely tricky as one is always subject to a local in-store purchase, but Cemal Unal discerned we were serious buyers, and even a few minutes from closing time, secured the deal from us with a deposit through a seamless process on the internet. Our credit application was dealt with very professionally by means of a zoom conference, and a very competitive rate was achieved, not withstanding an excellent credit score. Throughout this entire process, from the customer’s viewpoint, there is an immense lingering sense of satisfaction. There is no other way to describe it, which culminated in visiting Porsche Mill Valley to collect the Macan S. George Tenido spent quality time in demonstrating the features of the vehicle, was very engaging and professional throughout. It’s been several weeks since ownership and the satisfaction of purchase still lingers. It will continue, thanks to all concerned at Porsche Marin. More
