He was incredibly knowledgeable about the product, knew his current and soon incoming inventory, was very consultative and took the time to understand what I wanted. He was good in presenting several options ..not just pushing for the sale or the most expensive., Etc. His follow up post sale was great, made sure all the paperwork etc was streamlined and easy. You could tell he went the extra steps? to make it quick and easy. If you're in the market for a car , new or slightly used, call Matt -he was awesome. Frank in the finance department also deserves props , he was great. Service department is also top notch at this dealership. Very communicative and consultative.. More

Premier Dealership for a good reason I have been in a market for a specific car for quite some time. And although there are numerous examples around the U.S. My search was limited because I have been in a market for a specific car for quite some time. And although there are numerous examples around the U.S. My search was limited because of the requirements i wanted. A big want, was Low Mileage, Original Example, Coupe, and Manual. X50 package would be a plus. Fell in love with a pristine example that was offered for sale at POTML. Sent them an inquiry email, and Tim Grape responded. From the get go, his email was very different from most typical responses you get from other dealerships. It was prompt, direct, and provided me all the further information i needed on the car. A big selling point here, was the intensive refresh on the engine, where no expense was spared in even replacing a "scratched up" engine cover. I did not experience any typical dealer quirks that i had with other dealerships. Everything was laid out clearly, especially regarding pricing. It was all very transparent. Needless to say, a deal was made, and this was officially my first "sight unseen" purchase. Closing the deal out of state was honestly easier than purchasing in state. They overnighted all the documents to me, and everything was clearly organized. Return label was even included, which meant all the paper work was done in a day. Tim even arranged transportation, which really made things ALOT easier. Price for transport was VERY fair.. Upon delivery of the car, i was amazed at the condition of it. It was better than i had seen in the pictures, and Tim even went above and beyond what i was expecting. These little things make the sale, and i am elated at the level of professionalism and efficiency from Tim Grape. Will definitely look to this Tim and POTML for future purchases. More
