one word, AMAZING experience When I was looking for a Porsche dealer to buy my first Porsche I did not look to well and end up going to a different dealer, it’s something I regret When I was looking for a Porsche dealer to buy my first Porsche I did not look to well and end up going to a different dealer, it’s something I regret today. From the moment you walk in, the first time you greeted by either a sales person, service consultant, or any person in the dealer you know you are at a Porsche dealer, but not any Porsche dealer. Their customer service is out of this world, it’s something like in a scale of 0 to 100 they are 120. There honesty, good prices and quality in everything they do, will be bringing me back for all the services I need, for my future purchase and recommending friend and family that is looking to either purchase or service a Porsche. I purchased a used Porsche Cayenne S from a different dealer that they said everything was okay with the car, the car had a simple recall in the SAT radio that when I was looking for a different dealer to deal with, since the one I was dealing with had terrible customer service and they think they could reap you out just because you can afford a Porsche. Main line came a fix the mess from the other dealer, after that experience. I came back to do a detail in my car since the other dealer did a terrible job. Porsche of Main Line made my car look brand new, what a difference. My service consultant Jesse Facer is the type of professional that assure that what you request it’s not complete at what you expected, it’s always complete above that, at a fair price. When he called me to say my car was done, he mentioned he personally check to make sure everything was okay and up to the standers of Porsche of Main Line(Honestly I love their standers,) which means they will always go above and beyond for you. I had a couple questions about my car since the other dealer never took the time to explain the amazing tools that the Cayenne S 2011 offers including mine that have so many optional. Even though I did not buy the car with them, Randal A. Boyer, Jr sale person. Stop what he was doing, walked with me to the car and guide me through the ENTIRE car showing me all the capabilities and short cuts that the system offers. He was an amazing professional and sales person, not only that he seat with me and told me a little bit more the Porsche story; he gave me a paper explaining the history of the crest, which I was honestly impressed. He made sure that I knew how to use EVERYTHING before I could leave. He was taking his time and making sure I understood everything. He impressed me so much that almost motivated me to buy a new car at that moment. Honestly in the future about three years I will trade up my car and Porsche of Main Line with Randal will be my, my family and friends destination. I’m also sure that dealing with anyone at Porsche of Main Line will be an experience out of this world! If you are thinking buying a new, used, or even servicing your car make sure to look at Porsche of Main Line, you won’t regret! Even if you are a little always, I’m too and it requires me to travel for 15 miles one way, but it’s the happiest drive I have to do because I know what ever I’m doing or taking care there. I know for experience and fact that will be an even better experience than the one before. More

I never felt pressured and they helped me sort through the extensive options and once I made my decision, they arranged everything from financing to insurance and had the plate on my car ready to take home in just a few hours. I live 4 hours away, and needed to avoid making 2 trips there. Like most of us Business people, time is precious and limited. We agreed on a price and terms, and within 2 hours they sold me out to someone who most likely offered them a few dollars more, or was financing vs myself, who was paying cash. They had faxed the paperwork over to me, but I had run to the Bank to transfer funds- which I told Tim when he called me back. I had also had my Assistant make a plane reservation for Wed morn as we had agreed. What happened to honesty and communication? The car is a 2011 Panamer Porsche on the Main Line is a fantastic dealership. I live in MA and came across one of their CPO's on AutoTrader last week. The car is a 2011 Panamera 4 with low miles, flawless condition, clean carfax, etc for a lower price than anyone else on the east coast. I inquired online and was replied to within minutes by a very polite gentleman named Tim Grape, who works in internet sales. Tim and I exchanged dozens of emails, as I had many questions. He always replied within minutes, even over the weekend and late night when I sent emails to him. He is very dedicated to his work and is very knowledgable with Porsche vehicles. Yesterday, I took the drive from MA to PA to see the Panamera and met Tim there. He was just as polite and professional in person as he was via email and phone calls. Ive been driving for 20 years and have gone through dozens of cars (new and used) and I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I've had with a car dealership. Very straight forward, no pressure, no gimmicks, and a very friendly welcoming staff. I would certainly be willing to take the drive again in the future for my next "toy"!
