The customer service they provide is second to none. Prior to my arrival, I know that Jarrod will have several cars picked out for me that will meet my needs and will be in a price range with which I am comfortable. I am always warmly greeted upon my arrival and given an actually good cup of coffee to sip on while Jarrod explains to me the cars I will test. Jarrod and Paul are extremely knowledgeable about their product and take the time to really explain to me what features and products will benefit my lifestyle and are honest about what features I don't actually need. I trust them implicitly - not something I would necessarily expect to say about a car buying experience anywhere else!
