GREAT EXPERIENCE I had gone to three other Porsche Dealerships . I was recommended to Matt by another customer . I live almost 2 hours away from Main Line . After speaking to Matt a year before I actually bought a car I called Matt after i wasn't happy with the other salesman I spoke with . Matt was by far the most genuine , honest , flexible , caring , and take charge . Matt went out of his way to get the car i wanted shipped from Illinois in three days !!!! No other dealership was willing to do that They refused . Matt has answered every question I have had and gotten back to me within an hour . He has given me his private cell phone and I can call him 24 hrs a day regarding my car . I haven't tried at 5 am though !!! The customer service they provide is second to none. Prior to my arrival, I know that Jarrod will have several cars picked out for me that will meet my needs and will be in a price range with which I am comfortable. I am always warmly greeted upon my arrival and given an actually good cup of coffee to sip on while Jarrod explains to me the cars I will test. Jarrod and Paul are extremely knowledgeable about their product and take the time to really explain to me what features and products will benefit my lifestyle and are honest about what features I don't actually need. I trust them implicitly - not something I would necessarily expect to say about a car buying experience anywhere else!
