Upon initial contact with Paul I was directed to Adam that handled every question and concern of leasing a car online with patience and professionalism. After many months of researching and dealing with other Porsche dealers ( including local one's ) I finally found Porsche of The Main Line. Working with Adam was surprisingly very amiable and I found him easy to communicate with. Conversations and emails with regards to questions were answered in detail and a timely manner. Once I decided on a 991.2 4S Adam and Paul ( General Manager ) handled every step with courtesy from there. In the end I would say the most important variable from my experience with Porsche of the Main Line was both Adam's and Paul's willingness to help. I am a returning customer to Porsche ( I had a 2014 Panamera E-Hybrid which I love! ) simply because of their efforts. As a consumer this is extremely important that I feel welcomed and comfortable with my decision in my investment. The knowledge I gained from my contact with Adam and Paul gives me confidence that I made the right choice. I am fully satisfied and certain about my leasing of a 911...simply put... Paul Nogrady not only addressed the issue immediately, they got me into another car with an allocation for new 911. Their commitment to customer service is #1. They are the most honest and straightforward dealership I have dealt with. I have bought a number of pre-owned cars from then, and I have found that they price them very fairly, and do not try to take advantage of you, and I never get the feeling they are trying to take advantage of me. I know I can rely upon their fairness. Their pre-owned cars are always of the highest quality, and they whatever they advertise on-line or tell you one the phone is exactly what you will get. As to trade-ins, I also found that they were the most reasonable, and never made me argue my way up to what i thought was the right trade-in value. In short, over the years that I have been dealing with them, I have found them to be extraordinarily honest, fair, courteous, and reliable. It is well worth the trip it takes to get there. I never have to worry about whether I got a fair deal, or whether they are really being honest with me. On new cars that I bought, they will listen to what it is you want as far as the type of drive or vehicle, will give you their opinion as to whether it meets your needs, do not push more expensive models or try to sell you a car with more options than you want or need. if they do not have what you want, they will make every effort to get one from another dealer or order exactly what you want. They will honestly describe what each option does, and will tell you whether they think you need it or not. More
