We were appreciative of the time he spent discussing all the fabulous features of the car. We knew after the test drive that we wanted to be Porsche owners. Although there were many Macans to choose from on the lot, we decided to order one. Randal’s recommendations for options on the Macan were tailored perfectly for our driving needs. We have ordered many new cars from other manufacturers, and the Porsche experience was by far the best. We feel Randal sincerely appreciates his clients. Randal emailed us with information on where our Macan was in production and transit. We were pleasantly surprised that it arrived early. On the day we took delivery, the car was impeccable out of detail but Randall personally put the finishing touches on our new car. Randal Boyer was my salesperson and he was absolutely professional for the entire experience which was absolutely concierge. We had custom ordered a 2018 Panamera Turbo and Randal helped me out the entire time along with a representative of Porsche of America Yana Nikolayeva. She helped design the features and coordinate colors tastefully. The delivery today was a relaxing and enjoyable experience and we spent about two hours going over the cockpit and configurations for this high tech machine. Lindsey Watson in finance was professional and friendly as we signed and my son Brendan ate donuts in front of her. She gave him a pen which he is now doing his homework with and loves it. Thanks Lindsey! Randal had some gifts for us at the end of the deal, some nice coffee mugs and an umbrella, Thank you!
