We were appreciative of the time he spent discussing all the fabulous features of the car. We knew after the test drive that we wanted to be Porsche owners. Although there were many Macans to choose from on the lot, we decided to order one. Randal’s recommendations for options on the Macan were tailored perfectly for our driving needs. We have ordered many new cars from other manufacturers, and the Porsche experience was by far the best. We feel Randal sincerely appreciates his clients. Randal emailed us with information on where our Macan was in production and transit. We were pleasantly surprised that it arrived early. On the day we took delivery, the car was impeccable out of detail but Randall personally put the finishing touches on our new car.
