I bought my car here 10 years ago. I appreciated the dealership and the service they provided over the years. This place has gone down the drain over the last two years. The service representatives have a bad attitude and are simply rude. They hang up on you, and/or put you on hold for ever. Customer does not matter anymore in Porsche of Livermore. I would never buy a car from them or take my car there for service. More
Service dept This is based on the service department only. Went in for tire repair and was told I needed four new tires and the tire could not be repaired. Went el This is based on the service department only. Went in for tire repair and was told I needed four new tires and the tire could not be repaired. Went elsewhere and they fixed one tire. Lost a little bit of trust in this encounter. Another time I was booked for recall on my 2014. They booked me and did not have the part. They recommended I still come in for service which I would not do as I only needed the recall fix. Second questionable move on their part in my opinion. I know get serviced at outside at independent auto repair shops as well as outside tire stores. Also, lots of time on hold, no answering on phone call etc. More
Service Dept. Lacks Honest Communication with the Customer I am not the one to write a terrible review for anyone but this Prosche Dealership's customer service in the service department forced me to write thi I am not the one to write a terrible review for anyone but this Prosche Dealership's customer service in the service department forced me to write this review. I have owned a Porsche Cayenne diesel since 2014, bought in Fremont but always serviced in Livermore. My car was in the dealership this past Thursday for oil change and to add the 'Ad Blue' required for the diesel models. And today is Tuesday - my car is asking for Ad Blue again !!! So, I called the dealership and as usual with some excuse they could not come up with a straight answer. This is the second time this has happened. About a year ago, my wife took the car to the dealership for Ad Blue and instead of topping it off they added just enough (is what Kayla at the service department told me). The car barely went for 2 days and it stalled. The car had to be towed in. The second customer service rep in the service department - John - is always full of excuses on why they were not able to do something right the last time the car was in for a service. Secondly, never upfront about charges! One oil change can cost $350 and another oil change could cost $650. Depends on what "Special" they have which you will not know until you are ready to walk out of the dealership. I am done with the dealership. They are not getting anymore money from them! More
