Efficient straight forward approach to the vehicle purchase I met Anastasiia the Saturday prior to purchasing the vehicle, test drove the Macan and like the vehicle but the Macan i was interested in was also be I met Anastasiia the Saturday prior to purchasing the vehicle, test drove the Macan and like the vehicle but the Macan i was interested in was also being looked at by another party. My wife and I arrived unannounced (no appointment) so she could see an E-Pace in person (our closest dealership is going through a renovation and test drives are limited.) John Delivers I recently bought a Porche from Stevinson. At first, I was not impressed with the customer service. They just handed me the key, which is not what you would expect when purchasing such an expensive car. However, they did set me up an appt with John, and that is where the experience changed. He rearranged his schedule on a snowy day to accommodate my busy schedule. He then patiently walked me through how to use my car (tech is not my strength). He then offered and came out to my house to help us pair our garage door opener. He has always been very responsive and exemplifies the customer service one would expect buying a car of this caliber! Ezzy made the whole process easy. My fiancee and I went to go look at a Porsche we were interested on. He didn't judge, we look very young (we are young) but he didn't judge.
