After contacting Anastasiia she responded to me in a prompt and professional manner. Listened to my explanation as to what we were looking for without interruption. We both came to the quick conclusion that that the car of our dreams was not in their lot. I told her we were going to move on and wished her well. She sent a follow up email wishing us well in our search. We could not find the right car after we had talked to many other sales ambassadors but decided to come back to Anastasiia because of her demeanor and straight forward talk. Special ordered the car and changed the configuration several times. She never complained and kept me well informed throughout the 5 month delivery, I would give her the highest marks with her ability to coordinate and oversee the entire sales process along with her overall knowledge of Porsche itself.
