Tony was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful before, during and after the sale. In fact, everyone I dealt with at Loeber Porsche was very pleasant to work with and the entire process was easy. Lack of Clarity I gave Loeber Porsche 1 star. When I purchased my vehicle, there was a few small cracks in the windshield. The dealer offered to have them fixed by ha I gave Loeber Porsche 1 star. When I purchased my vehicle, there was a few small cracks in the windshield. The dealer offered to have them fixed by having them filled in instead of replacing the glass. After their glass guy filled in the cracks, I noticed that you can still see the cracks any way you look at the vehicle. The dealer was not clear in setting expectations with me upfront about the results I would get if I went with the fill versus replacing the entire windshield. Basically stripping me of the power of choice. Had I have known about the option to replace the glass at a cost, I would have opted for that. As thorough as they are about the rest of the business, I really expected better in handling this issue. When I asked the dealer why I wasn't made clear of these options, he never responded back. This was the exact price, year, make, model , low mileage and color I searched for the last 10 months. Once I arrived at the dealership to inspect the vehicle, the entire staff treated me like I was buying a special order GT4. Ethan made sure the detailed car was kept indoors for several weeks until Intercity Lines shipped. Ethan and Loeber Porsche are the best. More
