I went to pick up the car when they said it was done, after 14 weeks, and in fact, they hadn't fully fixed. The problem in the headliner had huge gaps in the seams and looked worse than when I dropped the car off. I Was repeatedly lied to about the status of the car and parts. In the end, I asked him to wave the $6000 service and repair charge for everything I had in through. And they refuse to do that. I will never again use this dealership service of any kind. More
The service was less than I expect from a Porsche dealership. The car went in for a panoramic roof replacement, which took over a month to complete. Porsche required that I call an independent glass company to do the replacement at the dealership’s shop. The service technician for the dealership gave bad information to the service advisor, that the roof liner did not need to be removed for the replacement, but it did. That caused a major delay to go back to my insurance company to get approval for the higher cost. Then, when replacing the headliner, the technicians damaged an interior part, which required more time to get a replacement part. When I contacted the service manager to get an explanation of the delays and mistakes by his technician, he refused to accept responsibility for his technician’s incorrect information, saying “we were given wrong information”. The technician works for him, he wasn’t given wrong information, he gave wrong information. I finally called the salesman who originally sold me the vehicle two years ago to ask him to have the General Manager call me. I have only been called back by the salesman telling me the GM will call later. It has been over two weeks and nothing from the GM. To say I’m very disturbed by the quality of quality assurance and the care of customers shown by both the Service Manager and the General Manager, would be an understatement. This dealership only cares about selling vehicles, not the after the sales follow up. I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership, but will not purchase another from them. I will also never use their service department again. This hasn’t been the only problem encountered with this service department. Two weeks prior to the roof shattering, my front windshield shattered. That replacement took two weeks to complete. The windshield was shipped from Germany, but no one checked the condition of the windshield when it arrived, and it too was shattered. Another delay to get another windshield shipped from Germany. Quality Assurance isn’t a priority for this dealership. More
I was charged $590 for an oil change due to being charged 2 hours labor @ $200+/hour for the service. Over the past 10 years I have been going to this dealership for service, it has only taken an hour to ch 2 hours labor @ $200+/hour for the service. Over the past 10 years I have been going to this dealership for service, it has only taken an hour to change the oil; This time it took 2. Exact same service... I reached out to the Service Manager Jeff Albert and inquired why it took twice as long to do the same service and asked to get $230 (half of the labor charge) credited back to me. He said he could not do that. IMO this dealership has completely gone down hill since Fields took over from Brumos. I DO NOT recommend this dealer - no way no how-$590 for an oil change? More

Having been both a former Service Advisor and Dealer Owner/Operator, I can stay that Marguerite ranks at the too and is one of the best I've encountered. Picked up my 08 C4S after my request for oil change, brake fluid flush, airbag warning light and right hand mirror remote problem. I had noticed some minor oil leaks in the garage but said nothing about it. The Tech inspection revealed a Main Diff Leak. He also recommended replacing the IMS Bearing Seal and replacing the clutch since he was already opened up the back of the engine( the C4S has 77k on it). I approved the service and the general 20,000 mile service to cover my initial request. Also thanks to Charlie the Jacksonville Porsche Classic Car Specialist for helping with the mirror problem. I am very happy with Jacksonville Porsche and it's Service Staff. I plan to return with my other Porsches as their Service Requirement needs come up. James Coleman More
