After a few days of not getting a call back on the inquiry, I called the dealership directly. I was sent over to Chad Gilbert. He was excellent and very thorough with every aspect of the sale. Exactly what I have come to expect from being a Porsche owner now for 10 years. Although I did think it was a little unusual that I needed to do the follow up to initiate a call back I assumed it was just a slight oversight. I flew in and arranged a pick up on October 14. All went well with the finance and delivery process. The vehicle was being titled and registered out of state in South Carolina. Brittany Walker did explain to me that the process does take more time and it is something that they had no control of. I want to be very clear here before I proceed with my "Dealership Complaint" I had absolutely no issue with that possible delay. About 30 days later I left a voicemail and a follow up email requesting another temporary plate. After no response from Brittany I was finally able to get her on the phone and she overnighted a new plate which was about a week after the other one expired. Once again really no big deal and this plate would now make the car legal till December 15, 2024. About a week before that Dec plate was about to expire I once again reached out requesting another plate. That is where the problems really started. Several emails, countless voicemails to Brittany Walker were totally ignored. Each of the messages stated that I would be traveling traveling out of state with the vehicle over the holidays and really wanted to get another plate issued. Traveling through NJ/NY area which is loaded with EZ Pass Toll roads the warnings from an expired plate become very annoying. Still no response or explanation from Jacksonville Porsche. I decided to call the main number. I told the operator that I was getting no response from the finance department and could she please put me through to the General Manager Aaron Mong. To her credit she put me through to his voicemail right away. I left a message to Mr. Mong to please call to discuss the issue in the hopes that he would rectify promptly or at the very least explain why one of his customers was being ignored. After no response from Mr. Mong to the voicemail followed up with an email. I waited till after the holidays passed thinking maybe he was "out of office" and not receiving any of my correspondence. Still no response from the general manager. I then copied the General Sales Manager Mike Stillwagon on all of my emails and received nothing back from him as well. That brought me into the New Year with still a license plate that expired December 15th 2023. Needless to say I was shocked at the lack of response from a Porsche Dealership. I did get an update from a title clerk at the Land Rover or Jaguar dealership that is part of the Fields Group but no response or explanation of why they just could not send out another temporary plate. I finally contacted Porsche Corporate to open a case with this very frustrating experience. Heather Youkhanna Case Specialist from customer relations pleaded my case with dealership and assured me that it would be resolved. She did finally confirm that the dealership can not legally issue more than one Temporary Plate. That was the first time that was explained to me throughout this whole process. A quick email, a two minute phone call, or maybe a General Manager that actually addressed this very small issue would have avoided this whole situation. I had no problem with the time it took for the SC DMV, but a Porsche or any dealership for that matter that does not respond to there customers is good reason to never shop there again. 1/18/24 Finally picked up in person my plate from SCDMV. They charged me a $50.00 late fee. "Icing on the cake" Jacksonville Porsche Terrible More

My service rep - Yara is very good but has limited authority. The premium tire/wheel coverage sold to me and many others by Porsche dealers is flawed and should not be sold. The policy provides covera authority. The premium tire/wheel coverage sold to me and many others by Porsche dealers is flawed and should not be sold. The policy provides coverage for structural damage to wheels. The criteria used for coverage is whether or not the tire holds air. There is no mention of this criteria in the policy. Tire holding air does not conclude that there is no structural damage. The technician at Fields Porsche determined the wheel was bent (ie. structural damage). Fields Porsche did replace the wheel at no cost to me but I wonder how many other customers have been denied coverage by this flawed coverage criteria. I had to spend a lot of time pushing for coverage that was clearly stated in my coverage policy. Fields Porsche should have replaced the wheel at no cost to me quickly and without the need for me to fight for this action based on clearly stated details within the policy that Fields Porsche sold to me. Personal service was excellent however,750$ for a new battery for a 2 year old Mecan still under warranty.because there was not enough miles put on it? Also had to buy a Porsche branded trickle charger f battery for a 2 year old Mecan still under warranty.because there was not enough miles put on it? Also had to buy a Porsche branded trickle charger for $240. I believe this is Porsche policy, not the dealership.i feel exploited and riped off. More
