My recent visit was to correct an issue that appeared after a prior warranty repair on an unrelated component. Right after sharing the issue with Jennifer, she arranged for a convenient time for me to b after a prior warranty repair on an unrelated component. Right after sharing the issue with Jennifer, she arranged for a convenient time for me to bring the car back for them to inspect and verify. I agreed to leave it with them and Jennifer arranged an Uber (complimentary) to get me home. Less than 2 days later, Jennifer informed me that there indeed had been an issue caused by the prior service and that there would be no cost for the correction. No issues, no problem. When I picked the car back up it had been washed and inspected for any other needs. Another first-class service experience at Fields Porsche of Jacksonville. Carl Williams was my salesman He kept up with me from order to allocation to build to ship to arrive. Sat down with me at the order point and advised me on the options available and how to expect each on order to allocation to build to ship to arrive. They love you until they don’t. Much like many other dealerships, they are ready to be pleasant and do what they need to do until the sale is final. I bought a car from out State. They claimed to have filed necessary paperwork with my state of origin. 3 months later, when asking for paperwork so I can advocate for myself and chase my home state, they were only able to produce paperwork 3 months later. All requests for the original paper work turned up with no response - silence. My car was locked up for over a week with an expired temp tag and no response. Don’t buy from this dealership if you are out of state. They don’t help at all with the process, leaving you with expired temp tags while waiting for your perm tags. General management didn’t respond to my polite asks either. More

My service rep was Yara, she was very friendly and helpful. Jacksonville Porsche is a bit over an hour's drive for me but it's always been a pleasant experience waiting there.
