Marguerite kept me informed during this time period as to the status of what was going on with my car. This was very helpful to me in understanding what was transpiring. During this extended time, she also was very helpful in connecting me with other vendors that your dealership uses to perform some aftermarket jobs that I was seeking to have done. She got your detail man to perform a miracle (at least to me) on some glass work for my car. The work that your detail man did made me ecstatic! There were other perks that I benefited from as well by bringing my car to your service department. Alex Chambers did great job in putting a wrap (on the engine bay of my car) and gave me a personal look. Marguerite made me a very satisfied customer when I finally was able to pick up my car.
