My recent visit was to correct an issue that appeared after a prior warranty repair on an unrelated component. Right after sharing the issue with Jennifer, she arranged for a convenient time for me to b after a prior warranty repair on an unrelated component. Right after sharing the issue with Jennifer, she arranged for a convenient time for me to bring the car back for them to inspect and verify. I agreed to leave it with them and Jennifer arranged an Uber (complimentary) to get me home. Less than 2 days later, Jennifer informed me that there indeed had been an issue caused by the prior service and that there would be no cost for the correction. No issues, no problem. When I picked the car back up it had been washed and inspected for any other needs. Another first-class service experience at Fields Porsche of Jacksonville.
