Hard Problem Solved! I had a nagging electrical issue with my 2004 Cayenne. My mechanic and I worked on the troubleshooting for 2 weeks until I final called Sean at Huntin I had a nagging electrical issue with my 2004 Cayenne. My mechanic and I worked on the troubleshooting for 2 weeks until I final called Sean at Huntington. He told me that they still had the necessary software to trouble shoot an older Porsche like mine - most dealer service departments do not- so I brought them the car. Sean and the maintenance team found an economical solution to my problem and to my great pleasure came in under estimate! Most new car dealerships look good in the sales and showroom areas, but when it comes to on-going service and maintenance leave something to be desired. Not the case with Porsche of Huntington, where employees like Sean and Jessica and Tommy continue to provide outstanding customer service long after the warm glow of your new car purchase has faded. The BEST EVER!!!! I have bought numerous Ferraris and Porsches in the past, all of those experience were adequate at best, Porsche of Roslyn was the worst! I went to P I have bought numerous Ferraris and Porsches in the past, all of those experience were adequate at best, Porsche of Roslyn was the worst! I went to Porsche of Huntington, without an appt. I was immediately met by Frank Caputo, an extremely bright, friendly and someone who knew his Porsches as well as other high end brands. We talked for well over an hour, never felt rushed at all. After he got to know my tastes in cars, he showed me a pre owned 2011 GT3RS...BEAUTIFUL. I bought it on the spot!! The car was ready the following day, with CPO! I have never been treated as well by a car salesman, ever! Make this man your President. Because of health reasons, I had to sell the car but wanted another less track oriented car. Again, I went to Frank Caputo and he introduced me to Mark Tuzzolino. After long discussions on multiple days, Mr. Caputo and Mr. Tuzzolino even gave me their personal cell phone numbers to call them at home "at any time!" We decided that it would be best to build a car in Germany, a 2016 911 GTS. They both constantly called me giving me updates about how far into production my car was. Better yet, I was in London with Family, I receive a long distance call from Frank Caputo, telling me that my car will be in Huntington on Friday; I was returning late Friday night to NY. Mark Tuzzolino called the finance people and insurance company and set everything into motion. I walked into Porsche of Huntington Saturday morning; there was my beautiful 2016 Porsche 911 GTS in Sapphire Blur, exactly as ordered... even with a full tank of gas! Mark put me in the car, we drove for a bit as he instructed me in all of the electronics of the GTS. We went back to the dealership where we chatted for about an hour. Both gentlemen made sure that I had their cell phone #'s and home #'s! It just does not get better than this!!! The GTS is incredible but Porsche of Huntington and Frank Caputo and Mark Tuzzolino make it what it is today. They should be personally awarded for their incredible service.
