I have so much wonderful comments to say about this dealership. They are very welcoming and everything is just so proactive when handling business here. George Kanes was the absolute best! He literally dealership. They are very welcoming and everything is just so proactive when handling business here. George Kanes was the absolute best! He literally answered all my questions in a timely manner and his email etiquette is top tier! He responded within minutes to provide information for me and to also obtain information in getting my brand new 2022 Macon. George keep up the great work! Dennis you were the best finance manager I ever dealt with in my entire life of purchasing cars! He was able to inform me of all the details regarding the car over the phone and guaranteed that it was okay for me before I headed to the dealership. Nothing was a surprise, everything was put on the table from beginning to the end! He was very transparent and that was the best part about it. This dealership is nothing short of amazing and I really had a great experience overall with everyone here. Customer service was the top of the top! Keep up the great work everyone and I will be enjoying my new car!!! Let’s not forget Leo, he showed me everything I needed to know for the specs of my car and also programmed my home garage to my car. Thank you so much guys! More

We bought our 911 in 2020 and the sale went very smoothly. Cary was absolutely wonderful. Then unexpectedly this summer we decided to move and looked into selling our Porsche. When we reached out smoothly. Cary was absolutely wonderful. Then unexpectedly this summer we decided to move and looked into selling our Porsche. When we reached out to Huntington Porsche to get info about warranty buyback they initially spoke to us, then just ignored every email after that. They committed to providing information and then never followed up on it. I would not expect that from a world class brand, and will never do business with that dealership again. Our contact was Paul Baltazar, Finance Director, who provided horrible customer service to us. Because of this our private sale fell through. More

Also put 5 miles on the car, no need for any road test for any issues. Took my car for repairs and inspection, held it for 2 weeks without calling me. I called them, nothing done: "The guy handling it is now with us anymore" Had my car OVER A MONTH, no repairs, just inspection. Was told for repairs it would take a MONTH for diagnosis, I should maybe call in 3 or 4 months, maybe they won't be so busy. They just want to sell cars and maybe service cars they sold. 2001 996 Turbo More
Terribly under trained staff in service ..i waited a month and a half for a loaner car with my service and was told in the phone call before I left to drop my car off that there was a loaner.. When I month and a half for a loaner car with my service and was told in the phone call before I left to drop my car off that there was a loaner.. When I got there it seemed like total confusion and nobody understood how to use the computer or how to write up a service, Definitely need some training with people skills and understanding in the service industry.. Porsche North America should eliminate this dealership from their brand More
This used to be a great dealership, I have been a customer for over 20 years purchasing 5 different vehicles from them back to the old Sportique location. The service has gone greatly downhill and customer for over 20 years purchasing 5 different vehicles from them back to the old Sportique location. The service has gone greatly downhill and they cannot correctly diagnose or correct problems, I just do not think the talent is available for these complicated cars. In late 2015 we purchased a Cayenne S and had problems with it right away, the sound system/navigation/computer would just crash, and you would get screeches and noise throughout the system. They replaced the amp then the system them they reflashed it. The vehicle was at the dealership a total of 12 times for this issue the last time for over two weeks, with no solutions. I let them do all the recommended service, the minor service, the major service, everything, because I wanted to keep the vehicle longer term as it was the last of the V8’s. One month after the warranty ended the system went haywire and I brought it in, they found the problem INSTANTLY and told me it was the sunroof drains and it would be a $5000 job and the NO it would not be covered. I should have started a complete stink with PCNA, but I decided to trade the car for a 911 instead of dealing with the problems. I felt very betrayed by the dealership who I had given so much business over so many years that they would not even try to fight for me and make this right, I should not have bought another Porsche at that time, but I did. AND the 911 was a total lemon and the dealer could not fix it!!!! 2018 911 base with 3000 miles on it at delivery it had a leak, so they had to replace something, then an oil leak (after a service) that turned out to be a turbo. Then the big problems a leak from the coolant pump, that they repaired but then the car would overheat OVER and OVER and OVER!! 5 time stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck, 5 times they tried to fix it and it just continued to overheat!! The dealer replaced the pump again then a valve then there was air in the system then they just did not know! All of this with 7000 miles on the car. Well, I finally got so sick of being stuck that I traded the car in and that will be my last Porsche for a while. I even got an email from a new dealership after the trade to rate the service, because as you can guess it overheated again and the replaced the pump…again!! I would not recommend the service department at Porsche of Huntington, the technicians do not seem to have the knowledge and the dealership itself it too small and overcrowded. Just trying to find a place to park your car is a challenge and the service advisors change on a monthly basis! More
