He answered all my questions and handled everything in a very professional manner, including assisting with shipping the car to Austin, TX. I bought my car based on Steve's professionalism and the car being CPO. I am extemely pleased with the car. Steve's description of the car was very accurate. The pictures on Towson's web site were great, but a personal description is very helpful (every used car has some imperfection - mine has a few very small rock chips and some abrasion under the front spoiler, practically undetectable in a picture). I then took time to visit a number of dealerships in my area. Not only did Porsche of Towson have the car of my dreams, they also delivered the experience I was looking for. Steve was knowledgeable, attentive, EXTREMELY responsive (and continues to be). I have no reference point, but given my experience, you would not know that they were a relatively new player in the Porsche world.
