I spoke to Steve on the phone to ensure the vehicle was still available before making the drive to Towson from Arlington, VA. He was very nice. He greeted me when I arrived and introduced me to RJ. RJ was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took me on a test drive. He didn't rush me even though I ended up being there an hour and a half past closing. Between Steve and RJ I had a great experience and would highly recommend this dealership. RJ continues to answer my questions, as this is my first Porsche. More

Nightmare experience I traded in a Cayman for the new macan. The initial experience was great. But after the fact i found out they screwed up on the contract and lied. They tried to make me sign a new one without telling me they were at fault. Luckly i figured it out and have since been dealing with both the sales and finance manager. I've owned many luxury brands but this is by far the worst experience. When you have to hire a lawyer to deal with buying a car. You know its going to be down hill. I would recommend going some where else. More

RJ is very knowledgable about the full line of Porsche products - much more so than most Porsche sales people I have met. He listened to my needs and wants and provided great input on my option selection without just trying to pump up the price. RJ also communicated well during the entire process. He always responded to my emails promptly, often on nights, weekends and even his days off. When it came time for delivery I had a schedule crunch and RJ really leaned forward to make it all come together. Buying a new car is never a "fun" experience, but RJ helped make this as pleasurable an experience as I had hoped for. More

His style is refreshing as he doesn't rush you into a sale as he works to make sure you really understand what you are buying and why it is worth the money. Does a nice job of making sure you are comfortable with the entire dealership family---sales, management, service area and body shop cabilities. Actions speak larger than works and I plan to buy another new car from RJ in this summer! More

Delivery of my vehicle was deplorable as it looked much better before service than after. The work done by the 'lot person' was poor - wash swirl marks, dirty/spotty windows (outside), and non-adjusted mirrors and clock. Ensures that next time I have service done there I will specifically request that the auto not be washed after service. Very poor. I do not wish a call back on my comments. More

I have had only great service experiences. My last visit, to install front-end protection on my GT3, I got stuck in traffice returning to pick up my car. Brian called at six (closing time). I said that I'd be late and he said "no problem I'll wait for you." A great experience. More
