Steve Postol the Sales Manager started us off and Matt Dagostino quickly and professionally took care of the delivery process. He spent a lot of time acclimating us to the new car and explained all the new features to us. Finally Tanya Adcock in the finance department got our paperwork all squared away and registration process complete! No last minute sales pressure at all. Very Dirty Service Inside: black, greasy footprints on the floor mats, black fingerprints on the headliner and doors. Outside: oil on all fenders. Many specks of something all over the top side, like from an overspray of clear coat or paint protector. Washing the car didn't remove the specks, which have hardened into something like a clear paint or plastic. No resolution or follow-up on the main service issue, which is safety related. Why would I want to return to this dealership? More
