My daughter drove from NJ to Towson (where we purchased) to get service done. We dropped it off on Thursday, she gets a text message Friday at 10 minutes to 6 that says she has to come in and pay before 6 b to get service done. Needless to say we had a long discussion on Saturday morning with them and after about an hour they were able to accept payment through the BMW dealership. Months later my mothers Porsche needed new brake pads and I asked them why would I bring it in to this place when we can go to a mechanic down the street for less money? Unfortunately we gave them another shot, big mistake, set an appointment and drop the car off a day early....nope they have not even looked at it. I guess things have changed, I was raised to never be late, I show up early for all of my appointments, I was raised to keep my word - if I said I would do something today I did it, is this the way Porsche decides to treat customers? Towson Autobahn and RAI Motorsports specialize in German cars and they do good honest work for less money. OOOPS as I was writing this it seems that Towson Porsche is now part of Autonation??? OK that explains a lot Autonation is the reason I will never take my Audi to Audi Hunt Valley ...the worst More

Mr. Tom Vahle continues to be my point of contact and spends a great amount of time explaining EVERYTHING re expectations in the Service Department. He communicates regularly and is honest about the costs. The car is always returned as if it just left the showroom. The service technicians are the best and show respect towards my automobile.
