The dealership is over an hour’s drive from my home and, although early morning check-ins are more convenient for the dealership, scheduled both my appointments for early afternoons and still got my car in to service right away, thus minimizing my wait time. We had a pleasant chat while I was waiting and she gave me directions for a “back way” out of the dealership that offered a safer way to enter the busy highway that the dealership is located on. She even offered to brew me a cup of coffee. My experience w as entirely pleasant and , of course, my 996 was repaired perfectly. More
