I had an excellent experience. I was immediately greeted at arrival (I was 10 minutes early). My car was serviced on-time and completed within the expected time. Veronica and Jo I was immediately greeted at arrival (I was 10 minutes early). My car was serviced on-time and completed within the expected time. Veronica and John (technician) were super. Veronica reviewed the overall service to be performed on my car, answered all my questions- including consulting with John as-needed, handled my additional one-off requests, and did it all in a most courteous and diligent manner. I really like the detail report on fluids, brakes, tires, etc. As a bonus, I got a visual inspection video from John. Oh, and a very nice car wash, tire cleaner. Car looks and runs great. GREAT JOB! THANK YOU!!! More
