Mike and Veronica made sure my wife had a beautiful loaner, and that the work was finished right on schedule so my wife could keep her busy schedule. Mike, the service manager, and his band of wonderful staff took care of us as they always do. Had an oil change and recall appointment. Veronica was THE key to this visit. I had missed a couple of appointments and she called me the day before to remind me. Needed a new battery. They were able to get me in the next day! No loaners available, but we got a ride home (thanks Alan). This dealer is the worst Porsche dealer I have ever encountered. They only have 3 technicians and 3 loaner cars. When you need service they schedule you about two months out.
