The staff is very friendly. Like most other establishments, some salespeople are more knowledgeable than others. There wasn’t any room to negotiate pricing, but I kind of expected that with a establishments, some salespeople are more knowledgeable than others. I did not feel any pressure to purchase additional warranty packages. My only comment for improvement is that the staff rarely returned my phone calls or texts. I'm sure that the Service Department is very busy and possibly understaffed so I definitely allowed for more time being without my vehicle than usual during my most recent visit for service.
