I had an excellent experience. I was immediately greeted at arrival (I was 10 minutes early). My car was serviced on-time and completed within the expected time. Veronica reviewed the overall service to be performed on my car, answered all my questions- including consulting with John as-needed, handled my additional one-off requests, and did it all in a most courteous and diligent manner. I really like the detail report on fluids, brakes, tires, etc. As a bonus, I got a visual inspection video from John. Oh, and a very nice car wash, tire cleaner. Car looks and runs great. GREAT JOB! THANK YOU!!! More

Mark Graves excellent. However quote was supposed to include discount on Bose and final bill did not agree. I would have waited on $1750 Bose repair if I had known discount However quote was supposed to include discount on Bose and final bill did not agree. I would have waited on $1750 Bose repair if I had known discount not included since I was doing an expensive 40,000 service. Otherwise great service!! More
