Mike, the service manager, and his band of wonderful staff took care of us as they always do. Had an oil change and recall appointment. Picked up our car and left a loaner at 9am and delivered our serviced car back at 5pm. Everything done and car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Needed a new battery. They were able to get me in the next day! No loaners available, but we got a ride home (thanks Alan). Veronica was THE key to this visit. I had missed a couple of appointments and she called me the day before to remind me.
