Took 4 months to get my car issue fixed. Warranty issue related to the Taycan battery. When I was finally notified to pick up my car. I found the wrap was severely damaged from sitting outsi Warranty issue related to the Taycan battery. When I was finally notified to pick up my car. I found the wrap was severely damaged from sitting outside for 4 months in the extreme heat. Now I have to negotiate getting the wrap fixed and I was made to feel like the wrap was damaged when I brought it in after taking immaculate care of it! Still hoping the dealership will make it right. More

While trying to sell us the care , Gregor, was very nice attentive. Within two days, we had an issue with the headlights and called, did not get a call back. within 14 days the check engine light has come o attentive. Was told service would call me that was 4 hours ago, have not heard form anyone. I have called and left message and requested a call back from service, but still nothing. I fear we may have been sold a lemon and I am looking into what my choices are . More
