Had plans to buy another Porsche but because I always have to deal with the call ctr. made me change my mind on a purchase . The call ctr. makes sit impossible to speak to someone actually in the Honolulu location and the online appointment service automatically defaults to old, incorrect information from the past which several times I've asked to change, which almost caused a cancellation of my appointment because a message the call ctr. left was with a person who had no idea I made the appointment for service. Do not like dealing with call ctr. and online appointment system. More
