Due to continued diagnostics, and replacing parts, it took awhile to get everything right. The car which is nearly 10 years old, drives like it is new. The silence inside, is just amazing. As I had arrived early for my 07:30 am appointment, he showed to the waiting area and offered me coffee and pointed out the location of the restrooms. Robert arranged a rental vehicle for me since the repair would run an additional day. Good followup by phone & emails on the status of my car. Pickup of my car was equally as smooth with Robert providing me with clear explanation of the repair and info to not lower the top for 24 hours as the adhesive needed time to fully cure.
