I visited more dealerships to count during my year-long car hunt, but my experience with Hoffman Porsche was different. Madison was a breath of fresh air from other salespeople I've dealt with - patient, down-to-earth, understanding, and genuine. I never felt rushed or like I was getting yet another "sales pitch." Both myself and my puppy, Tula, were treated kindly by Madison & the rest of the staff (shoutout to Tula's new best friend, Ethan!), and I am happy to now call Madison a friend. As a veteran and NYC fireman I’m extremely disappointed in the way I’ve been dealt with by Porsche as a whole. Roadside assistance is non existent and currently am on day 3 of no loaner vehicle from Porsche .. whole experience shows you do not always get what you pay for. Truck has every cluster light on and completely shut down in mid traffic. Completely unsafe and ridiculous. Transmission light , check engine, emergency brake light etc . All on ! Been on the phone for hours with no guidance and still no help. Be careful with the cars you buy even if they have been inspected ! To see your brand new Porsche be put on a tow truck a week after purchasing it , takes away any positive of buying a new car . It’s been 3 days and nothing positive has come of this situation.. a new warrantied Porsche ! Be careful ! More

The salesperson who helped me purchased my car, RON, was really friendly and helpful. JOSH, who bill of sale, REFUSED to remove the $299 vin etching fee, even when I had explained that this is an optional fee. He then preceded to lecture me about how the $699 conveyance fee that the dealership charges is also optional and yet I didn’t mind paying for that, how everything else is (including the price of the car) is also optional, and that the fact that they had recently lowered the price of the car translate to this fee being non-negotiable. BUYER BEWARE THAT VIN ETCHING IS OPTIONAL EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADDED TO YOUR CAR, NEW OR USED. DO NOT GET FOOLED LIKENI DID, IF THEY MAKE YOU PAY THIS FEE, WALK AWAY IMMEDIATELY!!! “If a consumer objects to the charge, they will say that they already did the work and the charge has to be included. Don’t fall for it! The cost to the dealership to perform this “service” is minimal, and a good dealership will agree to drop the charge. If a dealership insists upon including the charge, then a consumer should consider walking away from the deal. It really is time. When you want to spend. Not wait I bought this 911 pretty much sight unseen. All I saw was the bottom and lower side panels.
