Edward Hahn took us through the process and at the end of the day when we took delivery and drove the car home we clearly felt we had made the correct choice on all counts with the guidance from Edward. Clearly obvious to us Edward knows these cars inside and out and feel we have someone we can readily call, text or email when we need help. Lou and Ethan Greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in, I discussed the issues my Porsche Panamera Turbo was having, as soon as a I mentioned the issues they explained a few possibilities and were very knowledgeable, they then had me go out for a Ride with there best technician. In The meantime I had a good Chat with Edward one of the Salesmen there, who was also very knowledgeable on his cars.1 Hour Later, Lou brought me down to the shop and explained to me exactly what was wrong and my mind was finally at ease.
