When we returned the following day at the scheduled time our sales man was not available apparently because an earlier appointment was running longer than planned. Once he was available he was very friendly, attentive, and willing to spend the time with us. We when on a test drive and were very impressed with the car and he offered an over the weekend extended test drive, Saturday evening to Monday morning. We did not accept at that time. We returned later that day to look at the different exterior/interior color schemes, but there were no sales people available, but the service people really stepped up and provided us with keys to access several cars with the colors schemes we were interested in. We contacted our sales person about the weekend test drive and he set it up without any hesitation. When we returned the car we were sold on it. We purchased a car with the options we considered a minimum. We highly recommend this dealership based on our experience, but would recommend avoiding going in for the first time visit during peak hours. More

Excellant service from a great dealership I dropped my car off last week with Hoffman Porche for some service work and to install the new snow tires. The car was taken in right on time and Lou I dropped my car off last week with Hoffman Porche for some service work and to install the new snow tires. The car was taken in right on time and Lou, being the super efficient person he always is, noted some factory repairs that needed to be done. He made the arrangements to get the factory work done at the same time, and although my car was not ready at the end of the day (due to the additional work) Lou provided me with a car for the evening and my car was ready first thing the next morning. An excellent experience both from the dealership and their terrific service team. It is a pleasure getting my car serviced at Hoffman Porche. More
