No Service Appointment & Took Me Right In! Ethan at Hoffman Porsche Service is in a class all by himself. My check engine light went on on Saturday and Monday morning I showed up without an app Ethan at Hoffman Porsche Service is in a class all by himself. My check engine light went on on Saturday and Monday morning I showed up without an appointment. He took the car right in while I waited in their very comfortable lounge. The issue was diagnosed in half an hour, parts were ordered and I go back next week to get the car fixed. I would highly recommend Ethan and Lou to anyone that needs their Porsche services from tourism maintenance to a major service! More

Worst Car Buying Experience I've ever had. Ashley, the internet contact person was extremely helpful and professional. She was very friendly, she promptly and throughly answered all my questions and concerns. Ashley is very good at what she does, and should be recognized for her excellent work. I probably would not have purchased at Hoffman Porsche if Ashley was not employed there. Unfortunately, the trouble began when I entered the dealership. I don't wish to go into the weeds regarding my experience, but I will say It was a horrible experience. I don't know his name, nor do I care to know his name, but I must mention the sales person that made the situation much worse by inserting himself in a matter that was none of his business. He knew nothing about what was being discussed. He tried to score brownie points with his sales manager by coming to his rescue. He did nothing to calm the situation, he only inflamed it.
