Spent about 8 hours on site there for service. Wanted my newly purchased used car checked out for any issues and two known faults. Service rep was courteous and prompt. After 8 hrs. I knew the depth of my newly purchased used car checked out for any issues and two known faults. Service rep was courteous and prompt. After 8 hrs. I knew the depth of my tire treads, the levels of washer fluid and oil. I knew approximately how much it would cost me to run further diagnostics (some thousands of dollars) and the two known faults were no closer to getting repaired. The good news was that this only cost me about $200 and a full day of my time. The bad news was I wasn’t much better off than I was when I went in. Not impressed and will not return. I expect competency. More
