I had my Macan S serviced at Fremont Porsche recently. I used their a valet program. A loaner car was brought to my home to pick my vehicle. My Panamera Hybrid had a serious hybrid failure issue. It was a big deal. The car was in the shop for 5 months. BUT.....Gunter shepherded the issue with Porsche and coordinated the entire process, incl It was a big deal. The car was in the shop for 5 months. BUT.....Gunter shepherded the issue with Porsche and coordinated the entire process, including the removal and installation of a refub'ed hybrid battery system. Upon delivery of the car back to me, he arranged for the car to be detailed, along with other minor issues. I also met with his mechanic technician, Alex, who did all the hard work in the shop. He took the time to show me what was done, including a replacement 12V battery plus other items. Fully checked out the car to ensure all was good. You cannot get better service. More
