I went in for my service appointment. Scott was super efficient and effective, went in to drop off and out with a loaner car relatively quickly. Michelle Gent my Service Advisor was phenomenal as always and very responsive addressing all service needs. No matter how busy Michelle is, she is always very responsive and kept me updated throughout my se and very responsive addressing all service needs. Michelle and all the techs that worked on my car were very on point and thorough, returned my car better than new mechanically and aesthetically. The Porsche of Fremont service team are the “golden standard” by which all other Porsche service departments should learn from.. No matter where I go and how far away, I will always take my Porsches to Gunter and Michelle…. I reside in the bay area and also have homes out of state, and most recently I drove from Las Vegas to Porsche of Fremont for a reason..because they are the best for all service needs.
