I contacted John regarding a car I had seen online, not realizing it was at another dealership. He told he had just received the same car in the same very rare color, but a newer model. He had to check the status of the car to let me know when it would be available for me to drive. When he called me back in just a few minutes, we made an appointment for early the next morning. When I got the dealership, the car was warmed up & ready for a test drive. Of course, the car handled beautifully and I wanted the car. Then David Sacedo, the Sales Manager came over with numbers, which I couldn't argue with. The signing process was smooth, even making sure I knew about some services that would enhance the looks & longevity of the car. I should not be surprised by the wonderful service, unpressured sales approach and the feeling of being valued that is conveyed from my contact with John to my interaction with the service group.
