What differentiates a class act from a shark is fair pricing, great customer service and delivering on all promises. In that regard, Raj is one of the best! I've purchased two vehicles from Raj in the past year, both of which were in high demand and fetching market adjusted pricing at other dealers. Raj was able to facilitate deposits on both (one not even announced yet) and followed through the process, never waivering on what he promised. From order to delivery walk thru, his professionalism and sense of humor made the car buying experience a true pleasure. I can't recommend him enough. More

We just can't say enough about how great they are, particularly Vinny Milazzo. Vinny is incredibly knowledgable and friendly, and has the perfect zero pressure approach to the sales process. We met Vinny one random day in 2013 when my wife and I stopped by the dealership. We chatted with him for a while about the 991s on the floor. It was like talking to a friend rather than a salesman. About 4 months later, I got a call from Vinny letting me know the 991 Turbos were in if I'd like to see one in person (I had previously talked to other dealers, and no one else called). I could not resist, and drove down from Oakland to take a look. A couple of weeks later, after a few emails and phone calls, Vinny had gotten us a great price on our trade and we had a new 991 Turbo on order. Vinny's approach to the whole process is so relaxed. He really works for you, wants to make sure you get what you want, and are happy with the process and your car. He's never trying to make the quick sale. Vinny, and Porsche of Fremont, is the only place we go for our Porsche needs. Also important, their service department is fantastic. A great team all around! We'd give 6 stars if that were possible. Vinny Milazzo our salesman was great, as always....this is our second new Porsche we bought from him ! He really knows his cars technically and treats his customers quite well. His recommendations on additional "add-on items" to the Cayman S initial car order were dead on, he knows I like high performance, well handling cars. We have just broke in the car and absolutely love it !! Our first complimentary service was handled with outmost professionalism - I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used Porsche along with professional service. More
