great service my Mike Heaps and Terry After somewhat average first visit to the dealership, I got coonected to Mike Heaps who is the used car manager. We had very good email exchanges and After somewhat average first visit to the dealership, I got coonected to Mike Heaps who is the used car manager. We had very good email exchanges and he was very polite and understanding my needs. At the end of the day a customer is happy when they get a car deal that they think Is fair. Off course dealers will make margins and that how their business works and should work. Any distributor should be making a margin commensurate with its value add to the manufacturer, which in this case is Porsche. On the day of the deal , Terry was my main man helping meg through understanding of the car and various functions. He was very courteous and friendly. I really Enjoyed working with him Since i was Buying a CPO , and during my final inspection there were some scuff marks on the wheel rim and when Terry saw them he offered to get it fixed on my next visit. This is what i call Customer service. Great work. More
