In this instance, the diagnostic was all that was necessary. A Porsche loaner vehicle was ready for me. Although no repairs were required, Scott thoroughly explained the diagnostic process. Very Professional and great customer service My First visit with my CPO 911. Only dealer between Livermore and San Jose who was able to fit me in with just 5 days notice. Michelle was great.
