I have had nothing but positive experiences with Al and JR over the years. It is always clear from the start without any "hidden" fees or stipulations. I have been given top dollar for trades and the best price on new Porsches. Integrity of both is excellent, promises are kept and deliveries always when promised. It is a pleasure working with true enthusiasts with an exhaustive product knowledge base. It is important to me that Porsche of Fairfield is active within the community, supporting several worthy causes such as Near and Far Aid. I will visit them again for my next purchase. More

I bought a 2006 911s cab that was certified. Here is a list of incidents since I've bought the car: 1. Engine has needed to be replaced 2. Tie rods are bent 3. Purchased a cayman S certified pre-owned over the phone being I live in Florida. I was quoted a price plus tax with no other fees. I transferred the money and when the contract arrived there was extra fe being I live in Florida. I was quoted a price plus tax with no other fees. I transferred the money and when the contract arrived there was extra fees totaling over $500. I emailed john and he said it was a mistake and promised to refund the difference. This never happened. Also He said he would take care of arranging the shipping of the car since he could get a discount with a great company. This didn't happen for five days after the car was paid for so I arranged for transport. He emailed me and told me he already had someone coming. I called the company he said he arranged it with two days later and they had no record of it. Next thing I know the dealer called me and said they would arrange for it tomorrow. They finally got someone to pick it up four days later and I come to find out it's close to twice the price I had arranged for the same type of transport, and the company wouldn't give the discount either. Overall they had poor communication, and they are very dishonest. Nick was a true used car salesman "Beware". I expected more from a Premier Porsche Dealer and didn't get it. Hopefully I get my car and it looks and drives as described. More
