I visited Townes Porsche today to see how long of a process to order and receive a new 911 and waited 20 minutes and not one dealer asked me if I needed assistance. I was the only one in the sales area looking for help. What is really bad is I live in the same city as the dealership and believe buying locally if possible. Well, I promised myself that I will not buy ANY car from Townes Motors dealerships including Audi, Lincoln and etc. and will take my business to Jack Daniels Porsche (Jack Daniels, I hope you are reading this review on how NOT to treat potential buyers.) I had this same experience at a certain BMW dealership in Maywood, NJ in 1994 and 16 BMWs later (currently have 2 new BMWs '22 X4 and '21 M5 Comp) and tons of referrals; I have never brought a vehicle at that dealership. When you are buying a ~$200k vehicle; you should have a great experience! I will certainly stop by this dealership when I pick up my new 911! More

I had to rely on them to basically inspect the vehicle for me because the vehicle had some miles. They not only gave me a very honest appraisal and inspection with follow up photographs to assure me that it was indeed a very clean car. I highly recommend this dealership and the above gentlemen because I found them to be extremely honest and forthright and a pleasure to work with in the process of acquiring this vehicle.
