It was May and I was in a lease that ran until September in a BMW I didn't really care for. I had built the car I wanted on the Porsche Web site then put it out online for a quote. I had also visited the dealer I'd previously bought 5 or 6 Porsche's from and as helpful as they are, for some reason they didn't take me seriously. Of the dealers who did respond, William Gakos of Town Motors Corporation in Englewood took a real interest in my needs. He was low key, very sincere and said he could make me an offer that would put me in the car I wanted right away at a great price and also offer credits for the remainder of my existing lease. And he did just that. It's amazing and I'm having great fum in my new Cayman. Another thing is unlike my previous dealer, Town is a smaller operation and I got to meet the whole team including Jake Semon the sales manager,Miguel Santos the finance manager, Marcy Gross the service manager and all the others. And even though this time around I was only getting a Cayman, they treated better that the other dealer did when I bought a 6month old Turbo for well over $100k. Now that I've been driving the car for two months, I hear from William and Jake who invite me to various Porsche events and double check I'm enjoying the car. What a great dealership and team of people. Love them.. More

The car I was interested in did not have parking sensors which was very important as I park in NYC and other places and that makes this option necessary. Doug gladly had sensors added and also added a back up camera as well. Before I was 100% on the car, Doug invited me on an extended test drive until I was sure. No other dealer even asked if I wanted to take the car out longer than the normal 10 minutes. Whenever I have a question Doug ALWAYS gets back to me promptly, at times after hours and on his day off.
