Service that goes above and beyond Last summer, on a Saturday morning I drove over a pothole on the turnpike on my way to Atlantic City - I wasn’t even 10 minutes into my 2+ hour drive Last summer, on a Saturday morning I drove over a pothole on the turnpike on my way to Atlantic City - I wasn’t even 10 minutes into my 2+ hour drive when I was sitting on the shoulder with a blown out tire and a State Trooper setting up flares behind me. About 45 minutes later I was in the passenger seat of a flatbed headed to Town when I called Marcy to tell her what happened. Completely prepared to leave my car at the dealership, Marcy told me there was a chance they had a tire in stock - and as long as there was no damage to the wheel itself, she would be able to get me out and on my way as fast as possible.. As luck would have it, they had a tire in stock and Marcy invited me to watch the technicians check to see if there was any further damage to the car.. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes ON A SATURDAY and back on my way to AC. I’ve always had a great working relationship with Marcy, but what she did for me on that day shows how much she truly cares about her clients. Thank you, Marcy! More

After doing a search and seeing that Town Motors had the car I was looking for I cycled across the G W from Long Island and had a very enjoyable experience and a new ride...I found Doug Avella, the staff, and business area low pressure and ALL of my requests were dealt with and now I'm left with a conundrum...the Harley or the Porsche? Which one will I ride/drive today? Town Motors....really worth a visit before you commit anywhere else even if you're not local to Englewood, NJ!!! More

He was fair, straight forward, accessible, an made sure that my car was in "Showroom Shape" prior to shipping. My car departed the dealership during the holiday season. Will personally met the transport after hours to ensure a timely delivery. He stayed in touch with me through the entire purchasing and transport process. He truly made my experience feel as though i was physically at the dealership. He followed up with me post delivery and continues to stay in touch. This was one of the finest, most professional car purchasing experiences I have ever had. More

He started from bottom years ago, and has risen to the top by taking tremendous efforts to make things work. He earned it. He provides client friendliness. Will Gakos is the sales manager, a true professional with deep knowledge on products. He interacts with clients a lot, understands client's needs and provides solutions. He says no to you if things don't make sense from client's points of view. How many sales guys say, " No, it's not good for you." None. I recommend him. Marcy Gross is the service manager. You don't get a good sense of calmness when you go to the service center. No one likes it. Marcy is special. Her communication is great. Problems difficult to put in words, she listens carefully and understands what they are. Once all done, she confirms with you if everything is ok. Professionalism is way up there. Each step of the process, from placing my initial order to making last minute changes to my order and eventually delivery were all handled exactly the way I would expect from a premium Porsche dealership. I even had a chance to meet Joseph, a service advisor, and Brian, a friendly and informative technician that performed the pre delivery inspection on my car. Top-notch service all around. I have a feeling this is only the first of many Porsche's from Town in my future. More
