I've come to Dave frequently for advice and service on my air-cooled 911. His knowledge is superb, and due to his perspective as a racer and mechanic he is comfortable and accurate in diagnosing and solvin air-cooled 911. He is undoubtedly one of the best 911 resources in Colorado, and unlike vintage specialists has a thorough comparative knowledge of the newer models as well. I recommend him highly for service, parts and upgrade questions. His technical knowledge extends to other brands as well, so you'll find his enthusiam and confidence is well founded. More

Dave is thoughtful, investigative, mechanical, managerial and extremely knowledgeable about Porsche and their cars. He makes having my car serviced at Prestige Porsche pleasant and advantageous. I have had my Porsche serviced with Dave since he was running the shop now he is the Service Manager. He has always taken the time to make sure my Cayman is in top track condition. Dave not only works with Porsches but tracks them as well this translates into his intimate knoweldge and passion for Porsche. This allows Dave to provide his customers with the service, upgrades, and maintainence the cars require for track purposes. Servicing street Porsches is most likely a snamp compared to the abuse we put these cars through. I would not take my Porsche anywhere else. The service is great, the prices are fair, everyone is super friendly and clearly Porsche enthusiasts. If only they would warranty the tires.... More

We talked about the car, Porsches in general, how the car works and how to make it work for me. I felt comfortable and that my presence at Prestige was important to Mr. Pearce, and ultimately to your company. When we started negotiations, I felt that Mr. Pearce worked as my advocate. We very quickly came to what I believe was a fair deal for everyone. I am thankful and appreciative for the high quality customer service that Mr. Pearce provided during this transaction. I took my TT in for service. There were several warning lights on (EPC, ABS, etc) and the wiper fluid tank was leaking. I have an extended warranty. The warning lights were be caused by an old battery that lights on (EPC, ABS, etc) and the wiper fluid tank was leaking. I have an extended warranty. The warning lights were be caused by an old battery that needed to be replaced. I requested parts be returned (the only other Audi Dealer in Denver violates this request every time and often times doesn't do the work, but charges for it). The warranty wouldn't cover this so Amber told me I would pay 1/2 the total diagnosis and the cost of the battery. I confirmed all of this in email and told them to proceed with the battery with the understanding that I would only pay 1/2 the diagnostic cost if the warranty company covered the wiper fluid issue. They replaced the battery and the warranty company covered the wiper fluid issue. Despite this, both Amber and Scott insisted that I had to pay full diagnostics because there were no diagnostic costs on the wiper fluid issue. After discussing my written authorization for the battery, Scott said he would look into it and call me back. When he called back they honored what they told me and charged me 1/2 the diagnostics. Less than a week after picking the vehicle up the ABS light was on again. Scott did a great job taking care of me. He offered to come pick the vehicle up and give me a loaner vehicle. He also said I wouldn't pay diagnostics as I had already paid them to diagnose this. I dropped the vehicle off and left with a loner vehicle. That afternoon the vehicle was ready. A sensor was bad and the warranty company covered all charges. I recommend Prestige because they honored what they said and provided great service. I rate them a 4 for quality of work only because I had to return within a week to have the same problem taken care of, but they did fix it. More
