I have been remiss in filling out these surveys in the past and feel terrible about that as I know how much feedback can impact so many things. I truly cannot say enough positive about my experiences when I have had to bring my Audi in. From the pleasant and bubbly(not in a bad way) interaction with personnel for scheduling service to the personal interaction with the staff when I am at the dealership. In particular, Rob Ellison really steps up to the plate, and then some, to ensure that I and my car are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. He is very professional and knowledgeable yet personable and friendly. You can tell he cares about the customer and takes pride in doing a good job. I don't think there has been a time when I have been there that I wasn't greeted with a smile and a hello from all of the staff. Keep up the good work. More
I just purchased a new 2012 Audi A7 from Prestige Imports and had an outstanding experience. Scott West was so easy to work with and it began several months ago when my parents purchased a new Audi Q5 from and had an outstanding experience. Scott West was so easy to work with and it began several months ago when my parents purchased a new Audi Q5 from Scott. Scott was fantastic with my parents and made them feel so comfortable - that meant a lot to me. I accompanied them on their test drive of the Q5 and the minute my mom got behind the wheel - the car was sold. Scott was very helpful in teaching her about the controls and how to handle the car - without any pressure. That experience brought me back to Prestige about 8 months later to work with Scott on a new Audi for me. My wife and I currently own a BMW X-5, but the new Audi's and the previous experience with Scott brought us to Prestige. Again, Scott made it so easy for me. I test drove an A5 and an A7 and he really helped me understand the pros and cons for each vehicle. I've recently test driven BMW's here in Denver too and while they make nice cars - I just don't get Scott's kind of outstanding service from the BMW place. I should also mention that my nephew is looking to get a pre-owned Audi as he finishes his last year at Duke University. My sister was also very impressed with how Scott has helped us all and will be working with him to get an A4 later this year. Finally, my wife will be replacing her X-5 at some point in the next year or tow and has her eye on a Q7. It will come as no surprise that we will be working with Scott again. I traded messages with Sean by email and he answered some questions in a prompt and genuine way. That motivated me to come see the car. I had to fly in from Salt Lake City and I didn't give Sean much notic questions in a prompt and genuine way. That motivated me to come see the car. I had to fly in from Salt Lake City and I didn't give Sean much notice. He arranged for Dean to meet me and we did a test drive. Dean was both patient and reasonable. Once I had made a decision, I was ina hurry because I had to drive back to Utah that day. Dean hustled (as did the finance guy) to get the car ready and me through the paperwork so I could zoom on home. More

In this latest interest, Rod went over and above to find the car my wife and I wanted ... even finding the right color with the right interior, not something easy to do at all. The only thing not checked above as a "5" was price ... there just isn't anything resembling negotiating room these days, but I'd say the price was quite fair. More
We recently bought a new Audi A7 at Prestige to replace our 2007 A6 which we also bought at Prestige. Sean Farchchi was our salesman in 2007, and from the first visit we were very pleased with him and our our 2007 A6 which we also bought at Prestige. We also had all the servicing on the A6 done at Prestige, and have been satisfied with them. So when we decided to buy a new A7, we called Sean to set up a test drive. My first impression of Sean was that he is very knowledgable on all the technical aspects of the car, and that was important to me. He answered all my questions better than any auto salesman I have ever dealt with. He is also quite personable, and we got along very well from the first visit. Our visits with him were always enjoyable, never rushed, and he was almost as excited as us in buying the cars. I'm exceptionally pleased with the A7, but when it comes time to buy a new car, I'll call on Sean first. Rob Ellison has been our service advisor most of the time with the A6, and he has always been efficient and easy to work with. The work has always been completed when promised, and I like that we get a nice Audi as a loaner. More
I originally went to the Boulder Dealership to look at the Audi Q5 back in June. I went back to purchase a vehicle but felt I was basically escorted out the door. I called Prestige, asked them if they took 'Friends and Family' along with did they have a Q5 2.0 T to drive. They did!. Don spent 2hrs with me, test driving, going over why he loved Audi's, explaining engineering design and details to me. He basically sold me the car. He was fun, knowledgeable and great to work with. When I went to pick up my car, he again spent time with me, explaining all the features and how they work. More
